I’m so happy you’re here. I create realistic animal portraits filled with soft textures, delicate layers, and those tiny expressive details that make each animal feel truly alive. Through my work and my courses, I love helping artists slow down, enjoy the process, and build the confidence to create wildlife portraits they feel proud of, one pencil layer at a time.

My Story

I’ve loved animals and drawing for as long as I can remember. As a child, I taught myself with art books gifted to me by my Grandad, slowly learning, experimenting, and building confidence through practice. Years later, coloured pencils became the perfect way for me to combine my two biggest passions: animals and art. Now, after creating pet portraits and wildlife drawings for people around the world, I love helping other artists discover what they’re capable of too, with calm, real-time guidance that keeps the process clear, relaxed, and enjoyable.

Create Soft Fur, Layers & Realistic Texture

I will guide you through my coloured pencil process step by step, showing you how to build soft layers, blend colours gently, and create fur textures that feel natural, delicate, and full of depth.

Add Expression, Detail & Final Polish

You’ll learn how to bring your animal portrait to life with the little details that matter most, from bright eyes and tiny whiskers to soft shadows, finishing touches, and the personality that makes each animal feel real.
